General Election 2026: Farmers outline 'urgent' challenges facing industry in manifesto

Manx Radio · Health09:51 Increase in number of patients transferred to UK • But Manx Care CEO says relationship with off-Island trauma centres has worked well. • More patients have been transferred to hospitals in the UK during this TT than in previous years. • Manx Care’s Chief Executive Teresa Cope told Manx Radio Motorsport 10 individuals have needed treatment in trauma centres across since the start of the racing fortnight.

3FM · Health08:00 MHK queries Manx Care waiting times • An MHK will quiz Health and Social Care Minister Claire Christian about waiting times on the Island. • Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse has tabled a question for written reply on the subject. • He wants to know how many people were on waiting list at the end of March and how many are expected to be waiting next year.

IoM Today · Sport17:54 Isle of Man TT 2026: Michael Dunlop smashes lap record on way to Sportbike win • He completes a Friday double after a dominant win on the 650 Paton. • The pre-race favourite lived up to the tag in the shortened two-lap race, claiming a convincing win on the MD Racing Paton that saw him go inside the old Supertwin lap record not once but twice. • It was the 37 year old’s eighth victory in the last 10 races in the TT’s lightweight class.
